If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.

Return and Exchange

For a refund or exchange, most products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date
  • Product must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and registration card in undamaged, clean, and brand- new condition.
  • New Cell phones, tablets, and wearables that didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refurbished Cell phones and tablets can be returned within 30 days
  • SMT may test the cellphones and tablets that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
  • Any returned wearable, cell phone or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
  • Accessories can be return or exchange for similar or equal value within 30 days.

Return and Shipping fees

If you return an item using a prepaid label sent to you, and the reason for return is not a result of a Simply Mobile Technologies error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Method and Timing

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.

For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
